Ryan Briggs

Ryan Briggs counsels small to midsize companies on a variety of corporate and transactional matters. In the corporate realm, he works with clients on contract issues, general organizational structures and corporate governance, joint venture agreements, asset and equity purchase and sale agreements, and reorganizations. In his real estate practice, Ryan counsels his clients on financing deals from inception to close, as well as complex commercial leases, SNDAs, tenant estoppels, and all other areas of overlap between corporate and real estate.

Ryan often works as external general counsel, assisting clients with real estate matters, corporate governance issues and healthcare compliance issues.
